2. Custom Orders & Production

All units are custom-made to order. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

Production times may vary depending on order volume and customization requirements. Estimated turnaround times are provided but are not guaranteed.

3. Payments & Authorization

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • You are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method
  • All billing and personal information provided is accurate

maraslayedit.com reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

4. No Refunds / No Returns

All sales are final.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges

Exceptions will only be made in cases where an error is directly caused by maraslayedit.com

5. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped:

  • maraslayedit.com is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Policy

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting maraslayedit.com.

Any attempt to file a chargeback after receiving your product or approving the transaction will be treated as fraudulent activity.

maraslayedit.com retains:

  • Transaction records
  • IP address verification
  • Communication history
  • Production documentation
  • Delivery confirmation

These records will be used as evidence in dispute resolution.

7. Legal Enforcement

In the event of a fraudulent dispute or chargeback, maraslayedit.com reserves the right to pursue legal action.

This may include recovery of:

  • Original transaction amount
  • Chargeback fees
  • Administrative costs
  • Court costs
  • Reasonable attorney fees

to the fullest extent permitted by law.
